November 10, 2017 @ 7:00PM — 10:00PM

Josh Anderson Foundation's Annual Fundraising Gala

A Night Dedicated to Save Teen Lives

There are currently no tickets available for this event, but you can still make a donation.

Join us for cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres and dancing at the 4th Annual Joshua Ball on Friday November 10th at the Josephine Butler Parks Center in Northwest DC. Complimentary valet parking will be provided. The event will feature a silent auction and a chance to support local schools with all funds raised to benefit the Josh Anderson Foundation (JAF), a non-profit organization that works toward the day when no teenager turns to suicide. JAF provides teens with mental health education, resources and support through its program our minds matter (OMM). OMM is a student-led club model that equips teens with the tools to change their school culture to be one that encourages help-seeking behavior, social connectedness and the development of healthy habits & coping skills.

Teens need this support now more than ever. The teen suicide rate in the U.S. has steadily increased since 2007. For the first time in over 20 years, more teenagers die from suicide than homicide, making suicide the 2nd leading cause of death in the U.S. for youth ages 15-19.

To make donations by check, please make checks payable to Josh Anderson Foundation and mail to 1300 Carpers Farm Way, Vienna, VA 22182 / Attn: Josh Anderson Foundation.
